A bit of help please Tegrov watch

Hi all new to the forum and not going to lie i am after some information, my grandad recently gave me this watch and I love it but would like to know some history on it. As in what type etc, and should I get it insured.

the other problem it takes forever to wind up if I leave it a few days it could take 5 mins before it beguins to tick again.

I love it and now just trying to decide on a nice strap for it.

Thanks all and here is a pic.

I believe it is from the 1970s. We don't give valuations here but I don't think this one is worth additional insurance beyond what you would normally have on dwelling contents. Probably needs service but as I can't see the movement don't know if it's worth it or not. Might be a pin lever movement.

I've never heard of the brand prior, but have to say, that's a smokin' cool watch! Thanks for sharing, hope you can get it running well.
