Black watch/Brown leather= Sublime. Lets see yours!!

I recently had to decide on the sale of either a Ball Engineer Ohio or my Sinn 104 to fund my next purchase. Thanks to you guys and your input from a previous thread the Ball got dropped but i still felt a little cool towards the Sinn.
So today i stumbled on a nice tan leather handbag in my local charity shop and armed with a little dabbling in recent strap making i set to work.

It's far from perfect but i like the distressed/rough round the edges look. (good job really.) Needless to say, the romance is rekindled and the love affair is back on. What is it with brown straps on black watches? They just look beautiful.
Now tempt my wandering eye with your black on brown combo's.

Nice work. Did you edge it with heat or beeswax?

i burred the edges with this little piece of wood i carved a notch in. It does an ok job to be fair. :) That Tudor is a stunner though. Looks like it's got a lovely dome to it. Mhhh

its a color combo that doesn't go together that often but it should - its a very handsome look.

My goodness. I'm almost at crisis point and it's only page 1. Just lovely. Iv also got a bad feeling Speedmasters are about to come top on my wish list.

On a side note those Magrette's have caught my eye recently. Something about them. I like.
