    Breitling Colt or Stowa Seatime???

Hello both these models are on top of my list for my big purchase and im having a tough time choosing between the two! So figured i would poll it and get some feedback from the forum
I really lust over anything Breitling and really like the bracelet on the Colt, i would be purchasing the Colt on the second hand market. The Stowa i would be purchasing new and really like the fact that you can change the bezels on the Seatime and been really wanting a fine German timepiece. I also like that both models look great on leather, rubber and the bracelet.

    Sure, I'll vote... Stowa Seatime...

FWIW I'm typing this response while wearing my Seatime. IMO the Stowa is an excellent piece that has the option of a COSC movement if you'd like. The beadblasted case and brushed bracelet keep the piece low key while the watch still has a lot of presence. The Breitling is also a very nice watch that already comes with a chronometer movement. To me the only downsides are the rider tabs on the bezel and the all polished finish. I also really like the blue dial version of the Colt. It's what I would choose for that watch.

I went with the Colt; it's a rugged looking watch. I've actually tried on the Colt GMT but have never had the opportunity to see a Seatime in person so that might color my opinion a little.

    Stowa
For me, every day is a new thing. I approach each project with a new insecurity, almost like the first project I ever did, and I get the sweats. I go in and start working. I'm not sure where I'm going - if I knew where I was going, I wouldn't do it. Frank Gehry

    Stowa for me.
But NOT with a brown bezel.
    Cheers!

    Voted Stowa.

Now, older colt with brushed finish may be tougher choice though.

Polished tool watch = scratch magnet IMHO.

Get Stowa Seatime + COSC movement and be happy.

I voted for the Cold, but only because I find the Seatime to be terribly dated design wise. I dislike the shape and look of the rotors used by Stowa as well.

I agree. The design looks 20 years old and not very original.

Not a huge fan of the Colt, but it's a nice entry level Breitling.
