Can someone recommend a watch for this spec?

I am seeking a watch that meets the following requirements -- many thanks in advance to anyone who can point me in the right direction:
    - new
    - less than $750
    - automatic
    - water-resistant to at least 5 atm
    - no day or date
    - non-display back preferred
    - screw-down crown preferred
    - prefer smaller diameters (around 37 or 38 mm preferred)
    - military watches are nice but other suggestions welcome.

    Thanks in advance!

How about Precista PRS-18A from Eddie Platts at timefactors? The bezel is slightly bigger than what you specify (39mm). But, it is a nice case made by Fricker.

I didn't get the PRS-18A though. I decided against it because of the lack of date and got myself the PRS-17Q to use as a beater instead. I am very happy with what I got. One thing though...some people don't like the bezel. So, if you gonna use the bezel a lot (e.g. diving), you might want to search people's opinion on the bezel here and in TZ-UK.

    That is totally GORGEOUS!

And to pwm, any specific reason why you need/want a screw-down crown? I ask because most dress watches don't have a screw-down crown, and it's really not necessary. In fact, there are many dive watches that don't have a screw-down crown and can go deeper then 200 m.
    Cheers!
