Casio has released the latest addition to its popular outdoor PRO TREK line – the PRG300. This rugged timepiece is smaller in size compared to other PRO TREK models and comes equipped with Casio’s Triple Sensor Version 3 Technology, Tough Solar Power and more, making it an ideal tool watch for outdoor adventurers.
With a smaller watch face and a variety of new color options, such as camouflage, the PRG300 has both versatility and style. The PRO TREK PRG300’s Triple Sensor Technology provides outdoor enthusiasts with more accurate data readings to assist in navigation. The timepiece also includes a direction sensor and pressure sensor for compass capabilities as well as altimeter/barometer readings enabling the user to easily check—and record—all the information required in outdoor conditions.
And with Casio’s Tough Solar Power technology, users can charge the timepiece in low or fluorescent light, eliminating the need for continuous battery replacement. The watch also powers down when not exposed to light for a certain period of time, thereby conserving energy.
Casio PRO TREK PRG300 has a MSRP of $250 at select jewelers and retailers throughout the States. It’s available in three different color options including: a black bezel with a black resin band and blue accents (pictured); a black bezel with a black resin band and yellow accents; and a white bezel with a white resin band and black accents. From August, the timepiece will also be available in a green and red camouflage design for a recommended retail price of $280.
