    Certina vintage automatic movements

Does anyone know the differences between the Certina 25 series from the 60s, versus the high beat ones from the 70s? The 70s ones had a higher beat rate but were there any more differences? And what about the older 28 series that pre dates it? Anyone have opinions on the quality of their movements, or know about their differences? I'm interested in learning.

Diameter and height were different as well, the high beats (28.800 vs 19.800) featured ball bearings for minute staff, some had bevelled, some had plain date wheels.
Ranfft does provide a lot of information you might want to dive into.
    Kind regards
