    Cheapest Swiss tourbillon

What is the cheapest Swiss (or at least, non-Asian) tourbillon that is available? And I'm looking for specifics: Brand, model number, list price?

At first I thought this would be a fairly easy question to answer, but have not found any on this or other watch forums. Trying to find list prices for each brand yourself when you're not into them is also like repeatedly smashing your head against a rock. I can't believe there's not something like an online pricewatch for high-end watches, or I just can't find it.

When topics here hit upon the subject most people answer in vague generalities, like "the cheapest Swiss alternative would set you back at least $30k". But while I realize that the ballpark figure is probably correct, I am very curious to know what the next step up from my Chinese tourbillon would be.

Thanks in advance for any info, guys!

My guess would be JLC, about $45k so if you got a good discount maybe $35k.

If Amsterdam isn`t that far from your place visit the Tourbillon Boutique

    P.C. Hooftstraat 72
    1071 CB Amsterdam.

I am sure they will answer all your questions.

You may also flick through www.tourbillon-magazin.ch (No prices, but a lot of Tourbillon power).

Those I know under 100.000 Euro are:

    IWC Portugieser Tourbillon Mystere
    JLC Amvox 3 Torbillon GMT
    Omega DeVille Tourbillon Co-Axial
    PAM 00306Schwarz Etienne Tourbillonj Millenium
Chopard L.U.C. Tourbillon Tech Steel Wings, ref. 161901-5002
    Cartier Ballon Bleu Flying Tourbillon
    Bovet Fleurier Complications (CP 23)

Not Swiss Made but excellent: Wempe Chronometerwerke CW2

Wow! I live 20 minutes from Amsterdam, never knew that boutique existed (but then, my budget is not particularly well suited to the PC Hooft ). Will visit them soon. Thanks!

It just might be the Freddie Constant - Tourbillon Silicium FC-980MC4H9 @ 47.5K USD.
Six years ago they had one in the mid 20s.

Its been discussed a few times and as spluurfg indicated, the JLC Master Tourbillon (in stainless steel) seems to be the one at around 40k.

doent Louis Erard make a tourby? They are always very low priced, and still considered a highish end watch maker. i love their style.
