    Chintzy junk

    Hey Cats,

Got this from a pal, he picked it up for chump change. Threw it in the mess with later pile. Turns out this thing has a nice ETA 2671 UT movement within.

Well anyway it's pretty horrid in build quality aside from the movement, the bloody bezel came off in my hand! Glued that back on and set about trying to help it in some way. I think it's better now.

    Whatever it is, it's junk.

I'll pay it forward to somebody who could use a watch.

Hammer practice would be better and cheaper.

What's with all the black marks on the bezel in the after picture....did you get a bit too crazy with the glue?

Just thought I'd make it worse looking than it is which in my opinion is an improvement. Dirtied it up with a sharpie and threw a junky strap on it. Just killing time.

I kinda like the coarse brushed finish on the case. I do think the screws are funny if they're not actually holding the bezel on, though.
