    Which Christopher Ward C1?

I'm saving up for a nice Christmas present for myself and don't wanna break the bank. I've never thought much about Christopher Ward before, but man I'm liking their newer branding. I'm down to the C1 Grand Malvern but can't decide on which complication, the power reserve or the date. Sadly I'm not going to be in London anytime soon, so I won't be seeing either in person. Any thoughts?

The power reserve would be my choice of the two.

Agreed. Three-handers with 3 o’clock dates are ubiquitous, and this one isn’t very imaginative. The power reserve is tastefully done and shows off some of the engineering.

I would choose the power reserve one. Nice color too.

Thank you for the help! I am not 100% sure what strap I'll go with, but since mostly I get brown leather, maybe a change of pace is in order.

Given that it is hand wound, I would go with the power reserve.

Another vote for the power reserve. Much more unique and interesting!

Ah well, swimming against the flow as usual. I’d go for the date version.
