Chrono in TV ad: is that a speedy?

One TV ad featuring Patrick Dempsey ("Racing Le Mans") shows a short glimpse of a chronograph:

Is that a Speedy? If it is, can anyone say which model?

Its really close to one of the "Omega Speedmaster Racing" (appropriate) range.

    Perfect!

I was wondering about the [Z...O2]. That explains. Thanks! :o)

Nope, that's not it. Look at the placement of the 240 on the tachy scale. Not in the same spot. And there's only one central chrono hand. Close, but not it.

How did it get so late so soon?

Unless the split seconds function is activated, the 2nd seconds hand is actually hidden from view.

So both hands rotate simultaneously, one under the other? That could explain that.

Still doesn't explain why the placement of the 240 is so vastly different between the two pictures.

I mean, with that explanation and looking back over the watches, I take it back, you guys are right, that's definitely the watch. I don't get why the tachy isn't lined up right. A "reproduction" perhaps? A trick of the angle maybe?

I can't see anything wrong with the tachy. To me the dot at 240 seems properly aligned at 3, just as it should. If it doesn't fit perfectly it's probably just due to the camera angle / bezel and dial not being in one plane..

the 240 looks off because of the camera angle. It is indeed the split second chronograph.
