    One of today jobs. Thoughs on this movement in terms of peformance/reliability?

    It would probably help if you posted the name of the movement. Those of us without display backs wont be able to recognize it on sight!

    1861/1863?

    Just ran a PR test, it ran for 52 hour(46.5 with the chrono running)

    Time keeping is not too bad, about 7 second fast per day, right around the norm for non-cosc movement

    They seem to have proven their reliability over both time and NASA's rigorous testing. I remember reading that Bulova tried to get NASA to use their watches instead, but none of the ones they submitted passed their tests.

    Nice result. 7 secday is a nice result. I spend longer on these movements and try and get a difderence of 3 sec in 3 positions. More than what im supposed to do but still its a great movement

    I'm not a huge Speedy fan but I have to say that is one of the nicest display backs out there. Beautiful.

    It's not the back, it's whats inside that makes it nice to look at. Kinda like jeans.
