    It depends on the module.

I have one that does not have the 30 time zone but its not atomic so I can adjust!

I believe it is unlikely: the nearest transmitter is in Japan

Not saying that I know it will or won't, but my Citizen can be set to Delhi...(next to the crown)

If your watch is designed to receive the 68.5 khz longwave signal from China then it might catch the signal depending on where you are located. The 60khz and 40khz signals from Japan may under certain circumstances make it to some parts of India. The first item to check in the owners manual is whether your watch is designed to receive signals on those frequencies. Next ask Citizen of India or your local retailer if reception of longwave time signals is possible in your location within India. As India is such a large country your location will determine whether any reception is possible.

If reception of time signals is not possible from your location the Citizen watch will continue to deliver very accurate time keeping without the radio signals. The radio signals only serve to adjust your watch back to the precisely correct time. Because your watch is accurate to within 15 seconds per month if you just checked and reset the time monthly you could achieve essentially the same results as the radio signal.
