    Competition for Stowa Antea 365?

I've been thinking about getting an Antea 365 for a while now. Before I bite the bullet, anybody have any other recommendations of watches to look at? I like a clean face, and I don't like a case bigger than 38mm. To give an idea of my tastes, I have two Omegas from the 1960s that I quite like (a gold Constellation Day-Date chronometer and a stainless Seamaster 30). I don't really want to spend more than the price of an Antea 365.

So I know you don't want to spend more than the Antea but you should look at the Nomos Tangente or Ludwig. If you wait for a nicely priced used one you might be able to snag one for the same price as a new Antea. Worth a look, very nice watches.

Price point wise the Antea 365 is hard to beat. You might have a look at the Junghans Max Bill, the Nomos Tangente/Ludwig and the Aristo Dessau (38,5mm case diameter).
    Kind regards

My favorite Nomos is the Orion (but I would like it more with a big second-hand), but there's no way I can swing that kind of coin.
