Confusing Watch Dial...What the heck is this thing?

I am working on a watch review, and need some help. I received this Tevise 8378 Automatic, and I am really confused.

The description says it is a Tourbillon...yeah...right...lol. I know it is not...so I don't need clarification there.

It also says it is a Chronograph with 1/1000th precision, but there are no pushers. I know that is common with many Chinese watches where the subdials don't work. However, these subdials do work, and one of them, very strangely. The subdial at 6 O'clock is described as a "12 hr display". Get this...it goes backwards (counter clockwise), as though it is some sort of a countdown dial. What the heck? The 3 O'clock subdial is a "24 hr display" and seems to operate normally.

There are no regular hour indices...only numbers in increments of 5 to 90 and then 1000 at the 12 O'clock position.

There are also some inner indices that are maybe some sort of 24 hour scale.

What kind of watch is this thing...some sort of Chronograph that works differently, or a mushroom brand watch that went terribly wrong?

Chinese crap with open balance and no chronograph function wants to look like a TAG. But back to your question: A waste of money.

OK...thanks. I wanted to make sure I wasn't missing something.

I thought it was trying to look an awful lot like a Tag...so I googled '1/1000th precision watch' and only came up with Tag's digital version of this watch. I didn't look at enough of the links.

    I appreciate the help.

Tag microtimer and microgirder are some of the most impressive watches with clear elements of avantgarde and haute horology.
This thing is absolute crap - one of the worst examples of homage junk that fails in every imaginable watch criteria.

I may be wrong, but I'm sensing you on the fence with this homage :)

I don't think anyone was expecting the watch to be amazing and credible. But, isn't anyone else curious what that countdown dial is supposed to be doing?
