    Coolest English Watches

What are some of the top English watches? So far, it looks like the Bremont Supermarine 500m to me.

Nowadays, I think only independents manufacture in England. R.W. Smith is one - they use Daniel's co-axial escapement. Vintage is a good way to go also, like this Smith's Imperial:

JT Windmills are nice dress watches for the price. Movements are Swiss though.

Well I still think of Dunhill as an English brand but believe it's part of a conglomerate based elsewhere now (I think either France or Switzerland).

I saw some Grahams recently that looked pretty interesting. Now the official watch of Team BrawnGP in Formula One - soon to be Brawn Mercedes. All made in Switzerland now I believe - great history behind the name.

Vintage marine chronometres and pocket watches. England's best manufacturing days are long gone.
