    Crown and stem problem

I recently got this watch ( vidus triplet ). The main dial is an automatic miyota movement but the two tiny ones are quartz. Any way, i was going to set the time in one of the quartz little movements but when i tried to pull the crown the whole thing came off ( crown / stem ). Do you know if it can be fixed? How much would it cost?

    Thanks.

The stem is not broken, it just fell off

If under warranty...Back to the maker....It can be fixed...How much, that's up to you and a watch maker.

Thanks for the good news, but is it a mayor reparation?

    Re: Crown and stem problem

if crown only, can be easily sorted
stem..depends if it broke or fell off
    anyways, bring it back
    its pretty straightforward

    how big is this watch?

To me is a little chunky. It's 50mm diameter and 15mm thick.

    Re: Crown and stem problem

I would certainly try the dealer first, but if it just needs the crown repaired, it can be done by any competent watchmaker and should not cost too much.
