    Disappointing Hamilton

Deception of my Hamilton Kaki Faithful.-
It does not have a year of bought new, only 15 postures, I'm going to put it to use it and at the time this ... was filled with water and is notorious because we have 1 week with 34 to 36 degrees.
It was just putting it on time, using it for 3 hours and seeing the surprise clock.
Obviously Urgent to the service of Hamilton we will see how the service responds.-

Lately there have been several reported cases of Hamilton filling with water. Seems in that picture the crown is out. Hope it was not like that when you exposed the watch to water.

I was just thinking the same thing. Crown looks to be pulled out. OP, can you confirm? Hamilton won’t warranty user error. If that is the case, take it to a watchmaker stat and get it dried out before rust sets in.

Put it inside a zip lock bag with a cup of dry rice or desiccant if available. Maybe use a hair dryer on it.

if you use it with the crown pulled out, that is to be expected.

Even with rice etc there will be water marks on the glass and movement has been exposed,to water. Movement should be serviced now or risk ruining it for good.

It's about a $300 watch. Throw it away. Not worth the investment in a full service and detail. Get another one and take better care of it.
Never try to install spring bars in a hurry. -lvt

"Affordable" just means you end up spending the same amount of money, but end up with a greater number of watches. -MandoBear
