DIY Watch - Professional Dial & Hands??

Hi guys,

I've been browsing the net for days and cannot find anywhere that sells 'professionally' made dials. I'm talking a dial that has applied indices, nice selection (say from a catalogue), and does not look like it was made in Bob's print shop. I want to make just 1 custom DIY watch, so it was an online store I was hoping for.

As for the hands, some would say they are the most important part of the watch! We look at them but don't 'see' them. I have found a limited selection of C3 luminova hands on eBay. I actually want a pilot/diver style BG W9 as it looks white in daylight. But if I could find an equivalent brightness from another manufacturer that would be an option. I'm assuming I could not apply the luminova myself, although it doesn't seem too difficult :/

Thanks!
