Do you keep all your watches wound?

Given the size of the collection some people have, I was wondering how many people keep their watches wound at all times? This question especially applies to automatics.

Each day I wind those that need to be done manually and I have an Orbita winder for two of the automatic winding watches. But that still leaves a couple that aren't on a winder and unless I wear them, they stop.

That got me wondering how many people (especially with a larger collection) just let their watches wind down, only winding them when they are going to be worn. (However, I assume that those that have watches with certain complications probably keep them on a winder for convenience.)

I only wind when I wear.

At present I have 10 auto/mech watches and as long as I keep to the rotation they all get wound somewhat, if they stop, manually wind them.

I wind my pure mechanicals pretty much daily. My automatics get rotated a lot and my two favorites are on a winder, so I don't worry about them. I have too many automatics to keep them wound all of the time

I used to keep them all wound, so that any one I chose to wear would be ready to go as soon as I took it off the winder. After a while that got to be too much hassle and I also accumulated more watches than winders, so I just let them all run down. Whichever one I decide to wear gets set and wound when I put it on in the morning. It doesn't take very long, so I'm content with the process.

    Nope.

My two first auto, Aeromatic and Wagner aren't much worn anymore, so they have a little rest, for now

The one which is ALWAYS running (on winder) is the Seiko Diver's 200, because it can't be manually wound...

I manually wind the others (manual & auto as well) and makes rotations on the winders (got 4 of them)

Hey, no one said collecting watches was an easy job !
But somebody's got to do it

No, winding all my watches would take to much time. I only wind them when I am going to wear them. Have a winder for complications.

The only watch that is wound is the one that I'm wearing. The rest I let them run down.

Never wind unless I want to wear them. Most of my mechanicals are simple wind-ups and few of them even have date complications.
