Do you prefer hearing the rotor or not hearing it?

I voted no preference. Doesn't bother me. And it doesn't really do anything for me..........Even though I do often shake autos to hear the rotor, just to hear it......which makes not sense, other than just to hear how it sounds, unique quirks of various movements.

I have a Speedmaster powered by an ETA 7750 movement, whenever the rotor enters a free spin state I can definitely feel it, sometimes the watch even wobbles a bit on top of my wrist.

I have the same experience with my Speedmaster. I like how the rotor spins so freely in it. I wish it had a crystal caseback to view it.

My Tag Aquaracer caliber 5, on the other hand, does not seem to spin as freely. Again, however, no exposition caseback.

Hi.. I am new in mechanical waches. Would like to know if ETA 2824-2 movement wobbles as well? Planning to get a TAG which is using this basic movement!

My Tag Aquaracer Calibre 5 (ETA 2824-2) does not go into free-spin or wobble. No exposition case back, but, my Mido Baroncelli uses the same basic movement and can see the movement. The Mido also does not free-spin or wobble. However, their rotors, do a fine job of keeping their watches wound if worn regularly.
