Don’t see why not. I personally prefer blue dial but it hasn’t stopped me from owning black dials too.
Seems very subjective, but for me, no.

I know I am in a tiny minority but I just can’t get along with Pepsi bezels in anything....

Here’s a black dial/Pepsi bezel SKX:
Originally I thought “sure, why not”, but after seeing it I don’t think it’s my favorite combo. Even if upgraded to a jubilee bracelet & ceramic bezel I’m just not loving this option:
Seiko Spring Drive was my wedding watch, Rolex Datejust was my anniversary watch, but I call Oris home.

Pepsi bezels look great full stop!!
Lifts a mundane watch IMO.

I have the Pepsi bezel black dial SKX and I like it. And that pic of the Rolex GMT looks really sweet with the black and Pepsi.
Could just be me and Pepsi bezel/black dial combos because I don’t love the Pepsi GMT II either, though I do think the Rolex’s design works better than the SKX.
Black and red is another matter. I like the Coke GMT Master II and I like that Tudor as well. Here’s one of my favorite divers with a red/black bezel:

The splash of red is just enough flair without being disruptive. The Pepsi throws the busier dial and bezel SKX out of balance.
