Do you/Will you back-hack your non-hacking luxury watch?

So I just got myself a long-awaited Zenith El Primero 38mm and it is my first non-hacking luxury watch. I am also kinda an accuracy nut when it comes to syncing the seconds of my watches. Recently learnt about back-hacking and it works fine for me on the Zenith.

So for those of you who are experienced with these non-hacking luxury watches e.g. Pateks, Speedmasters, what is your view on back-hacking the movements? There aren't any definitive answers from my search. Most people say it's ok, mixed with some saying they don't trust the entire process of physically using force to stop the movement of the seconds hand. Would love to gain more insights here!

Thanks everyone and of course here's a picture of my new piece!

Not sure why I hear Eminem's voice when I read this. Sorry, random...

I have back-hacked just about every watch I owned that didn't already have a hacking function. Most of the time, if the (non-hacking) watch is not running, I give it a few positive clicks on the crown (really, just a few), then with the dial up I shake it side to side when the seconds hand on the master clock (battery powered atomic clock on the wall, or my schmarttphone) reaches the same mark.
If back-hacking causes stress on a watch, I doubt I would see its negative effects on a watch in my lifetime/the time the watch is in my possession.

I have a Speedy Pro, and don't bother. I've got my OCD issues, like any true WIS, but having the seconds synced to the atomic clock isn't one of them.

I do like to sync the chrono hand to the ongoing seconds hand, though.

I've done it on my Speedy in the past, but I don't really care about accuracy that much as I swap watches pretty often.

No back hackfor me, just set it and enjoy.

I've done it on Seiko 5's, but would never on any of my vintage watches, so it's hard to say if I would on a high end piece. The thing is, even when I do it on a Seiko 5, I usually end up screwing it up anyway while trying to align the minute hand perfectly after getting the seconds synchronized.

I don't bother back hacking watches no matter their price. For me aligning the minute and seconds hand is not all that important.

It’s not that important that I get my watch set to atomic time but if my luxury watch wasn’t up to a little back-hacking I wouldn’t want it on my wrist in the first place.
