I have purchase two Magrette watches in the past and have preorder a Magrette Dual Time. On the website, they indicate that the deposit is refundable at any time before delivery. Since the preorder, I have decided to "go another direction" and emailed Magrette indicating as such...no response. I have politely emailed on 4 occasions with no response. I don't see a phone number on their website, so I'm wondering what to do. I'm thinking they are just planning to take care of refunds when they request the remainder of the payment before delivery, but it would be nice to get a reply. They have replied really quick in the past when I was interested in buying!
