Does Casio measure their Watches width by case or case and crown together?

Does anyone know if Casio measures their Watches width by using just the case or measuring the case and crown together. I'm not talking about G shocks, just their metal Watches. Here is an example of what I am talking about. The site says the width for this is 43 mm. Is the 43mm including the crown? Thanks

Casio measures its watches based on the maximum width and length dimensions. For analog watches, that means width is typically measured with crown. I googled around and one poster on a German forum said this watch was 40mm without crown. If I had to guess, based on the with-crown width, I'd say it's probably 39 or 40mm in diameter.
