My first thought is a a Deep Blue quartz. With a coupon reduction it should be available around that price point. The only concern may be that Deep Blue watches tend to be a little bit larger than normal.

not sure about the lume, but I would think any Seiko quartz would meet a lot of your needs. Maybe a Citizen Promaster Diver, which is probably close to your budget, and I would think solar would be a plus.

You didn't give any indication of the size/style you were looking for but this has 22mm lugs. I'm not positive if the strap is interchangeable but I can check mine at home if you want. It wears more like a 40mm watch than a 43 due to the small size of the dial and bezel.

Bertucci offers a number of models that meet these requirements.

What's your definition of standard lugs? New or used? Prob can find something by Citizen, Seiko, Casio, Timex, Victorinox, etc etc.

Citizen Chandler line should have something that fits, IIRC, but it is true Citizen often does 19mm. I figure, at worst, I can fall back on a 20mm perlon.
