Does the Panerai PAM392 have the Valjoux wobble?

Anyone have one of the Panerais with a P9000 movement? I'm interested in knowing more about the movement. Is it loud? Does it vibrate? Does it have the notorious 7750 wobble? Thanks in advance for the insight!

Honestly I like the wobble, I've had many 7750's, some with wobble more than others but find it an endearing quality of the movement, much more alive than a bi-directional winder like the 2824 when seen through a case back

Aside from that the P9000 is in-house and would / should act nothing like the 7750

It is a bi-directional winder so no "wobble". It tends to be on the quiet end of movements. Hard to quantify without knowing what movements/watches you have as reference.

Yes and one of the reasons I did not pick one up. Wobble and too loud for me. I'm old fashioned but I believe rotors should be seen and not heard. (or throw you off balance while walking)

I'm confused none of my P9000s are loud, audible maybe but not loud compared to a 7750, plus they can't spin uncontrolled (which causes the wobble) since they wind in both directions.

If you are really old school rotors should be neither seen nor heard... :)

Honestly, I didn't know this had a name. I don't mind the "wobble" and I don't think there is anything damaging about it.

    I like watches.

Are there any other 42mm panerais out there without this so called wobble?

Mine makes an audible swooshing sound, don't really mind though.
