Everyday watch for any situation, advice needed.

Hi guys, the high from my recent PO 8500 XL purchase is wearing off ( I absolutely love the watch, and keeping it, but I think I miss my Alpina pilot-in service and feel that I have a void to fill) and I am now thinking of a watch for everyday use. Something that can handle a little abuse, be comfortable for extended periods of time such as a 12hr workday, good enough to dress up or down, low key but high quality and low maintaince. I am thinking Sinn U1/U2 or Tudor Pelagos.
So far what I have is is pictured below. I am yet to get a true dresswach, but for now looking strictly for something for any occasion. Right now my black Sumo is the grab and go for regular daily activities: work, gym, shopping etc...
So keeping in mind of what I already have what do you think about my two choices or do you have another in mind (btw the UTS is now sold).
The Pelagos would be the limit pricewise.

Most of the watches that you have are good "all around" options

A single watch for 99% of daily life? Rolex Sub.

How about a Sinn 856 or a Damasko? Something without a rotating bezel may provide a more versatile option and comfortable all the time. I think it would add some variety versus another diver.

I baby my Omegas and the blue Sumo, the Stowa Prodiver and the now gone UTS were quite heavy for extended periods of time to wear, though the UTS was the most comfortable on rubber. The Alpina, I think is too delicate/dressy and most certainly not to be worn to the gym or say beach, at least in my opinion.
The Sinn 856 and Damasko options are nice, but I prefer the diver type watch for the most part, hence the U1 or U2 in the Sinn deptartment

I was looking for the same things in an everyday piece - enter Pelagos - end of search

    1. He already has a PO 8500 that he loves. He does need a sub.

    2. A diver is not a watch for 99% of daily life.

    3. A Speedmaster Professional on a leather or cloth strap is the clear choice for all day comfort and convenience. Get one that's already broken in and you can beat the hell out of it.

I would say a Tudor Pelagos/Black Bay or a Rolex Sub would be the perfect all-arounder, but all the watches in your picture are just as good for daily use. Kind of repetitive if you're trying to diversify your collection or get something for a new purpose.

I think your concept of 'all arounder' is different than mine, because a Sinn U1 does not 'dress up' in the slightest. It's a hunk of submarine on your arm.

The only Sinn I'd say comes close - that still has a timing bezel that you love - is the Sinn 104 St Sa.

Good enough for anything, has a nice blend of pilot watch and diver, lots of shiny bits, has a nice bracelet, looks great on a strap, and 200m of water resistance.

Thanks guys, still looking for more ideas.
The sub would be nice, but is out of my price range.
