I second Coltrane and also the Oscar Peterson, one of my all time favorite Jazz pianists. The piano indices and the LP groove are such interesting details. Also like McCoy Tyner.
As a side note I wish they incorporated the musicians’ actual phrasing into the dial, rather than refer to biographical facts. For example Dexter Gordon and John Coltrane watches have the simplest dials (bare bones dress watch) but in real life both were known for hard driving solos with tons of notes. The John Coltrane watch would actually suit Miles Davis more in my opinion. Quiet, and kind of blue ;)
