Filling in Stainless Steel watches with small dings - metal filler or laser welding?

I dont have easy access to laser welding in my area so may i know if chemical welding via metal fillers will do the work?

Area with ding has a brushed finish

    Thanks! :)
50 years down the road, probably half of the watch companies in existence today would perish. Buy your watches carefully.

Do you have pictures of the ding. It might be easier to just get the case replaced (I've done this in the past with a bad ding).

If the end result is to be a brushed or polished surface you have to weld it.
