Finding A Place To Do Mods

Sorry if this is the wrong section. Soon I'll be getting a Seiko Sea Urchin and want to mod it. I don't have the slightest clue on what to do so I'll need to find someone to change the hands, ceramic insert, and glass. What is the best way to find someone locally to do this? Anyone have a ballpark for the cost?

Any ideas for someone located in Colorado? I don't even know what to search for to find someone. Should I be researching on how to do this myself?

Dagaz watch. ***WEB STORE*** - DAGAZ WATCH LTD.

Every time I read about Seiko mods, this shop comes up.
