Finish this 4 watch collection (maybe 6)

So I am doing my very best to consolidate my collection to 4 watches. If it lands at 6 it wonít be the end of the world.

Watch #1 - 5 liner Black dial Tudor Pelagos

~ Not much needs to be said here as this is a great do it all watch. Itís my current favorite. Usually wear it leather, but the bracelet is a great option as well for wet activities.

Watch #2 - Sinn 556i B on fine link bracelet.

~ This watch serves multiple purposes in the new smaller collection. It checks the blue dial box, it checks the pilot watch box, it checks the dress watch box as I have no need for a very formal dedicated dress watch. This on leather fills that need, but this one usually stays on the bracelet.

Watch #3 - White dial/black bezel CW Trident Pro GMT.

~. Sometimes I feel CW gets knocked around a bit but I absolutely love this watch. I feel I want a GMT in my collection because I do frequently travel to Europe and I like having it. I wear this mostly on a grey canvas or black rubber strap.

Watch #4 - Iím looking for opinions thoughts on how youíd round out this group. $2500 and under please.

Now just some thoughts and why I may have to go with 6. I feel like I want/need a bronze/brass watch in my collection. Thinking maybe Zelos Mako 2 or Armida A2. I also think I need to have a seiko, even if itís just a true beater, maybe even a quartz for grab and go.

Lastly watches I currently own but am finding it hard to let go of....Stowa type B, Squale Atmos 60 Aqua Dial, Seiko Black Series Chrono.

Thanks so much for reading and for any thoughts. Iím really looking forward to hearing input from the community.

    Bests,
    MC

You need a chronograph. I’ll let the others recommend which one, but I can guess what they will say (with a slight uplift in budget)...

My two cents would say keeping four is hard to do so letís stick with 6. Add an Omega Speedmaster as your chrono. Swap out your seiko black chrono for a seiko skx as a true beater. For a bronze I have my eyes on a Steinhart ocean 1. I believe that meets your needs. But let us know what you end up getting and sorry my list is over your budget.

Speedy is a staple, but will be over budget.

Iíve been eyeing up a DC66 for a Chrono.

Bronze Iím really leaning to Mako 2 Anthracite or Green dial.

And yes the seiko beater would be ideal solving the beater need and just need a Seiko available for my wrist.

A used Speedy will not be too far away

Agree. You can find good, clean used SpeedMasters in your price range if you shop around.

Speedy used can be had 2700-2800 if you diligently hit watchrecon.

agree w. the chrono suggestion. Other than a speedy, sinn 103st, hamilton intramatic chrono (if you're into the vintage vibe)

With all due respect to the Sinn or CW, but I would prefer to "upgrade" either one of those before I added another watch. I would also sell the other watches listed above (Stowa, Squale, Seiko) to help fund the replacement.

For example, you could get a pre-owned Grand Seiko SBGM221 GMT, which is an amazing watch (great for the office, if you work in an office, and your travels).
