Going to Japan... Any watch related places I should visit?

I'll be in Japan September 2 - 12, staying in Shinjuku. So far on the list of places to visit is the Seiko factory in Nagano...and Maybe the Seiko Epson offices in Shinjuku. Can you guys recommend any other watch related sites (factories, museums, stores, etc)?

    :thanks

I don't have any idea where to shop, but I think you might get some decent deals on Japan domestic market watches. Do some research here and be prepared when you get there. Good luck and have a great time (pun intended).

I would recommend the Swatch building in Ginza. It has boutiques of most of their watch brands.
Depending on what brands you like, there is also a nice selection in the Ginza Wako shop (basement)(at the Ginza crossing, the building with the clock on top).
And of course, lots of nice and friendly (well, this is Japan) boutiques/AD of all your favorite brands.

This post made me think, BicCamera in Yurakochu (one of the higher floors) is a good place for good deals on Japanese watches (I got there my Seiko Brightz) but also on some well known international brands (I got there a Rolex for my wife).
International brands or from the grey market.

+1 on those two places. Couple of my favourite weekend hang outs.

I visit Japan a couple of times every year. There are several interesting watch stores in Shinjuku.
It is not easy to find great prices in Japan. Most watches cost more over there.

I recommend going to stores and looking for models exclusive to Japan. Most other watches can be bought for less in the US. But if you're from HI, you're used to higher prices, so you may find "decent" deals there. Akihabara is always fun.
