Good watch to get to match my gold bracelet

I got a gift from my mother from her trip from Dubai which is a 18k gold bracelet.

I never wore gold anything in my life so I don't know what is a good watch to match up with the gold bracelet because obviously one of the rules in men's style or fashion is not have mismatched metal colours.

It got to be a watch to adaptable enough to any outfit if that's possible even though silver is the most adaptable to many outfits and different level of casual/formal.

Glashütte Senator Excellence Gold would match your bracelet.

You can wear different color metals just not on the same hand imo. You wouldn't want to wear a bracelet and watch on the same hand anyway because they will scratch each other, especially the 18k gold being that it's soft.

Never planning to wear a watch and bracelet on the same hand

Thought I have to wear a similar colour metal watch to match my bracelet to have a cohesive look

I don’t know the first thing about fashion, but it seems to me that if mismatched metals are fine for a two-tone watch and jewelry in general...they’d be fine for a two-armed man’s wardrobe ensemble. I mean, I understand matching a watch to a belt buckle and a leather strap to a belt, but I think you could throw an understated gold bracelet into just about any mix and be ok.

Then again; me offering fashion advice is like a walrus offering piano lessons.

As with some of the others, I would have to go with the idea mixing things up--rather than making a match--but really, it wouldn't matter either way--there are no "rules" of what is acceptable or not in terms of the metals people wear, at least not in my world. I have worn a sterling silver bracelet on one wrist for years (originally to carry a medical alert tag, but then just by itself) and on the other wrist, the watch of the day--stainless steel, brass, bronze, gold, whatever--mixed metals fine, same metals fine--really doesn't matter.

Specifying a style, size and budget would help you get viable suggestions.

It's just like a watch... nobody will even notice!!

The only other advice I can offer is to not 'cheap out'! Do not get any gold plated POS!

If you're wearing yellow gold on the opposite hand especially a thinner bracelet it won't be that noticeable.

A steel watch with a brown leather band will be way less noticeable than a steel watch with a steel bracelet. Make sure the dial isn't silver as well.
