multiple Nomos watches
Stowa offers movement choice on many of its watches, which includes handwounds
Breitling Cosmonaute A12023. I sold mine due to never wearing it, but it’s quite unique with a 24 hour dial (always dark in space) and it fits your criteria...
Nice display case back.
Stowa Marine original manual winders are fantastic! A true pleasure to wind. There manual wind fliegers might be the same, but I’ve only experienced the MO.

Weiss ... 38mm & 42mm versions.
The 42mm versions have Cal 1001 (ETA 6497) or Cal 1003 (in-house)
The 38mm model uses a Cal 1005 (ETA/Peseux 7001)
Superb build, simple classic dials, excellent timekeeping ...
And +1 for Nomos Campus Club ... mine is Ref 737, purchased on f29 for an exceedingly reasonable sum ...
