    Hello from Canada

Hey guys- just wanted to say hello and give a big thank you to everyone here. I've been lurking and learning a lot for some time now and figured it was time to start contributing.

So I started my humble collection a couple years ago when my wife got me a Movado Calendoplan Heritage Series for my 30th birthday. I have since added an SKX and a Bambino. Made a few affordable mistakes along the way but that’s part of the journey.

Recently saved up for an entry level luxury piece and at the moment I am looking for a good deal on an Omega SMP Ceramic or Nomos Club that can be shipped up here.

    Have a good one!

    Cheers

It's also smokey across the straight on the Island. Sadly.

This is from clearer days a week or so ago.

Hello from Victoria! It's late and dark, so I'm skipping the wrist pic. :)

    W E L C O M E ! !

Way smokey down here too. We get it from Canada, California, Oregon and our own state... aye!

We have the distinction of being the only state surrounded by 6 other states and a country (geography lesson for the day).

There is a Canadian watch forum that might interest you.

    Canadian Watch Collector

Buying in Canada means no border or taxation issues and you can avoid timid American sellers who are panic-stricken at mere thought of shipping to Canada and refuse to sell to anyone outside of the continental U.S.
