    Help finding RPM gauge watch

Hey guys, I was wondering if there was any brand that has a watch that looks similar to a RPM gauge on a car. For some reason I think that would be really cool if done right. I think Diesel has a watch or two like that but.. for over $1000 I think i'll pass. Thanks!

Some people call those gauges "tachometers", not to be confused with "tachymetre" which is (properly) found on the bezel of a chronograph, or a "pachymeter" which is a 39 inch elephant.

I don't think there are many well known watch brands that make Tach/RPM watches but if you look around, you should be able to find some no name brands that make some pretty cool looking RPM design watches for specific cars. Did you have anything particular in mind?

Ladoire, maybe, but they only put out 12 of anything and they run 60k+.

Plenty of car and race inspired watches out there, though. Custom builds from brm, tissots, vintage pieces (I'm fond of the 1st gen omega dynamic race models), and fashion watches. That last includes one or two flyback and/or led/digital watches that are almost mirrors do a tachometer.

BRM has all sorts of motorsports related watches, maybe they'll have some? In true Swiss luxury watchmaker heritage, their website is utterly terrible so I didn't look around too much.

Stowa has the 24h race bezel, Oakley has those gearbox ones?

    Make your own! :)

    Something like this?

Watches are fun IF you don't take them seriously.
Too many watches for my signature... this is my SOTC thread on f71

Autodromo is your friend! They make pretty unique watches that transport you into the 60s and70s with their racecar tachs watch designs, i bought a vallelunga pvd chrono a while back and preordered their new collectible the prototipo vic elford edition. Very nice watches and affordable in some way..

I believe that a Giuliano Mazzuoli Contagiri may fit your bill except for the price which is much higher that $1,000. In any case I post a pic as an example:
