Help ID Rare Longines Chrono Vintage

    Hi,

Can anyone help me identify and provide me some info (reference, year, rarity, etc) about this Longines i am planning on buying please. It is in great condition (even has the sticker in the case back). I tried looking up the serial number on Vintage Watches - Collect...Identify...Discuss but i couldn't find it (you can see it in the pic its 15972797) don't have the watch with me now so i can't open it but i think it has a Valjoux 72 that is a 330 Longines. You may find more knowledgeable people on the vintage forum; very nice watch though. Case style makes me want to say its from the late 60's to the 70's.

I found the reference. Its a 8229-1. Its a Conquest Diver from 1969. Cal 330 (Based on the Valjoux 72). It is a rare watch since they didn't make a lot of these (there is also one with an Orange Bezel but i like this one better since it has more of a military vibe to it). The Watch is def NOS condition….with the sticker, no scratches, original band and clasp and box. Price is a little on the high end but i haven't seen a Longines Chrono like this model and specially in this condition.
