The case looks like all the Panerai clones (Parnis etc) and it has the same skeletonized window on the dial. Most likely a Chinese produced watch and movement. Hopefully it keeps decent time!

Chinese Homage to Panerai with "Tourbillion" which is an exposed balance wheel, and a "moon phase" that is actually a day/night indicator..... id be careful to wear it around water and the exposing to the elements, usually pretty sensative watches

It's a watch of chinese origin. Fortunately they do not say "Ludwig van Beethoven" on the dial.

    Chinese Panerai clone case.
I have seen this Chinese movement used all over Ebay, with AK homme, Orkina and several other name brands on the dial.
Watches like this can be bought for around $20-25.

Very cool guys. Thanks for your input and helping me solve the "mystery watch." That's funny they run around $25!
