help with info on watch

I was browsing overstock.com and found a watch made by Haurex, I really like the design, are they made in Italy, it just say design in Italy. Also, what kind of movement do you think are in those? ETA 2824....maybe?, something generic?

The ETA 2824 drives a central seconds hand so the movement is most likely Chinese. The watch may be of Italian design but there's a reason why it doesn't say "Made In Italy"...

If you like it, buy it. However, I would do a lot more shopping because you can purchase some fantastic Swiss and Japanese watches for the same price.

I doubt this watch houses a CL 888. Pls. look at the 2 sub dials

I didn't look at the link, definitely not CL movement. Haurex seems to be a fashion brand that has taken it's marketing cues from Invicta. I've never held one but for the prices you can find watches from established, respectable makers.

it's got chinese written all over it. not that it's a bad thing. if you like it then go for it.
