    Help with issue on Chronoswiss

Hi first post here. Hoping to get some feedback on this. I purchased a pre-owned Chronoswiss Kairos for my wife and when worn it stays wound. However when trying to wind from the crown it's not working. I've never taken a watch apart so I don't want to damage it. Is there an easy fix (i.e. The crown isn't engaging so I need to push in harder to get it to position 0), or do I need to bring this in for service. The person I bought it from said that it was rarely worn, and it was serviced once in his ownership but was not provided what they did during the service, when it was done, or documentation of the service. It came with the inner box and original papers (well passed warranty). I would like to get this working properly for her.

    Thanks in advance.

Take to a watch maker....Not a jewelry store.
90% of jewelry stores aren't really equipped to do watch repairs, so find a good Watch repair shop.
Not a kiosk in a mall either! Good luck.....

Thanks. Looks like there's one AD for Chronoswiss in Chicago according to the website. Should I bring it there or an indie watch maker? Anyone have a trusted watch maker in the Chicago area?

    What LBF said^^^

Take the watch to a real watch maker.

BTW, this is your first post: welcome to the Forum!

Doesn't have to be an AD, Google search for Chicago, might see some good recommendations, check here after a day, maybe someone answered the
    question for Chicago area.
