    Help me decide!

So I am in love with the designs of these Martenero watches (particularly the twisted lugs and clean dials), but I can't decide between the Kerrison or the Marquis. Price and movements are exactly the same. I really prefer the silver variant of each watch. What's everyone's opinion?

The K has a cleaner dial, less contrast, and arabic numbers. Combined, this look feels more modern and minimalist.

The M has stronger contrast, and roman digits. This makes it look stronger, and more classic.

I honestly find M more attractive by small margin. Thats simply because the K is a bit too subdued for me. I feel like the strap even grabs more attention that the watch, whereas the contrast on the Marquis balances it back. I also feel like the classic styled hands pair better with the classic roman.

The K’s light blue overall makes the watch feel lighter. If its a daily/fun/casual wear, that would work very well.

If its going to live in a more structured office or urban environment, M.

To me the date and the Roman numerals of the second watch does not fit well, should have left out the date window. The first one is my choice.

I prefer K. Arabic numerals match date and subsidiary 5 minute numerals. Also like the non-traditional color of the seconds hand. Plus, personally not into Roman numerals or the "New York" line on the face.

Kerrison all the way for me, but in all fairness I'm not big on roman numerals.

The Kerrison is the one that calls out to me.

Thanks everyone! I was leaning towards the Kerrison, which seems to be the popular opinion. I agree that the Marquis is a bit dressier, and I don't really have to get dressed up all too often. I think the Kerrison is a little more versatile and should fit the bill nicely.

    Re: Help me decide!

My preference would be the Marquis.

From my perspective, I find the three Kerrison's Arabic numbers a little too bold and dominate the dial's presence, while the Marquis' three Roman numbers are a little be more subtle to the dial itself and not dominating the dial presence as much. And for me, I can see the Marquis being both a dress watch and a casual watch.

Below is an ablogtowatch article on the Marquis that may be of interest:
