Question Help me with a Patek

Hi there. I know nothing about watches, but I have since a long time a Patek. Have no idea of model or year, and of price. Can someone help me to identify it and to settle a fair price? In the case there is the number 290933 and in the movement the number 176180. Thanks!
    all my best

No harm in trying here, but I'd ask this to be shifted to the pocket watches forum.

Also, contact Patek and ask them for year of manufacture. They probably won't give a value estimation, but they should tell you whether, for example, the case is solid gold or something else.

Yeah you'll need some expert from either Patek or the pocket watch community

personally while the pictures aren't very high resolution it looks as tho the dials been repainted, the name could have been added for effect and I'm even more concerned with the movement, it doesn't look like any Patek I've seen and isn't finished to pateks standard at all.

If if I were to see this in a junk shop I'd think it was a cheap watch decorated to look expensive.

You should be able to tell the case material from the hallmarks on the inside of the caseback.
