Help with my Festina Dual Timezone

Can someone please offer any suggestions. I purchased a Festina Dual Timezone mens watch at Little Switzerland in St.Maarten. When I got home I realized the owners manual was missing. The problem is that the dual time clock does not work. The watch is mechanical but I heard the dual time may be quartz. The Festina web page offers no help....any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

The second movement indeed is a tiny battery powered quartz movement at the 8 o'clock position. Seems to be a battery problem though. The crown has different functions (setting time, setting date, setting second time according to the position of the crown) so make sure the crown is pushed or screwed in.

Re: Help with my Festina Dual Timezone

Thank you all so much for your help. I sent an enquiry to Festina USA. Also, the main crown on my Manhattan (or Big City?) watch only changes the main time & date. A second smaller crown at 8 oclock adjusts the second timezone, it only has one "out" position which adjusts the time. I have it fully pressed in, so I hope it is just a battery issue! Cheers!:thanks
