Help needed authenticating vintage/old inherited watches.

Hey guys, new to the forum here. I recently came in possession of my grandfather's watches. Between the many Baume et Mercier and Omega I found an Audemars Piguet, A Patek Phillipe, A Cartier and an IWC. I need help authenticating them especially since I am almost sure the Patek and the Cartier are fakes.
    Here are the pictures

Only the leather of the straps is genuine.

all fake, and you may want to assume the Baumes, Omegas are too.

That's the tiniest crown I've ever seen, on that PP.

Sorry OP. But even if the four pictured are all fake, don't assume EVERYTHING is. I once bought a Rolex 6694 for fifty bucks at a garage sale (needed new dial and hands and crown it was wrecked on purchase I just took a punt) that I found in a watch box with twenty other watches, all of which were counterfeit. From this https://imgur.com/a/3K2zz to this https://imgur.com/a/Y0H3e which worked out well for me but if I'd judged the whole box by the top row I'd have missed out.

Unfortunately, they all look like counterfeit watches. Must have been a bulk purchase from a single dealer.
