How do I find a local reliable capable watch repairer?

Looking for the person who fits that description. Prefer to stay local if possible.
    Cheers and thanks in advance.

Well, you don't say where but your sig says Seattle. If so, you have one of the best repair centers in the country right in your back yard: Nesbit's ( Nesbit's Fine Watch Service, the Pacific Northwest's only auhorized watch repair service center for Omega, Longine, Rado, Hamilton and Tissot Watches ). Highly regarded by many WUS members and I can vouch for a service on an Omega Seamaster they did for me. First rate job and good comms.

On another note, although there are threads here and there in WUS on watch repair recommendations, I've always been surprised there isn't a thread with a sort of "Angie's List" of recommendations, like there is for watch deals.

Too many watches, only two wrists and never enough time...
