How fragile is the crown stem?

Hi all, I am new to this hobby and wasn't exactly sure how resilient the crown stem is to fracturing. For example, the watch is on and as I bend my wrist the crown gets pushed slightly by my wrist. That's putting some pressure on the crown stem. Is that enough to do anything? What amount of pressure would damage it?

If the watch is laying flat on a table, could I tilt it by lifting the crown?

    I'm talking about a watch with a 2824-2 movement, non-screw down crown.

    Thanks all!

    Still first stem, first crown.

No clue, never ever forced a crown stem to find out.

Slight pressure should not hurt it at all.

Pressure on the crown will be taken by the crown tube, not the stem.
