How many mm is this Seiko?

I posted this in the Seiko forum but didn't get any responses, so I figured I'd try here. I really like the sgef92p2, but I can't pinpoint how many millimeters the case is. I have seen a lot of sites say 40mm, while nearly just as many say 38mm. Some even say 37mm. I'm sure this may be explained as some including the crown and the others not, but I would like to be sure before I order without seeing it on my wrist. So, if anyone has this model or has any insight on the true diameter, please let me know. Thanks.

I would post some pictures, but I don't own any. So if you click on this link, it will bring you to some photos or you can search the model for some google images.

Given that it is Seiko, I would say that 37 to 38 sounds about right. No way it is 40.

A quick google search revealed a couple of sites stating 37mm. My guess is 37mm without crown, 40mm with crown.
