I have a nicer watch then my CEO.....

...it makes me feel a little awkward when we are in the boardroom. He definitely likes watches because he is constantly checking my wrist. Anyone else in the same spot or am I just paranoid?

Before you criticize someone, walk a mile in their shoes. That way, you'll be a mile from them, and you'll have their shoes.

If he's your CEO and you can afford nice watches, then he probably can too. Maybe he just prioritizes his purchases differently. Don't sweat it.

Would that be an issue? My boss doesn't even wears one at all.

The closest I've gotten to the CEO of the company I work for is admiring his Lexus LFA.

Careful, that could be a CLM if your CEO doesn't have an RGM at home in the watch box.

That's a rockin' ride, very cool. Our CEO drives an SLK, and wears a Milgauss, which I recommended to him.
