This is the Retro-Future Airplane. Not sure if it is worth the asking price, but even for someone like me who prefers more understated watches, this catches the eye. I don't go beyond 39 mm as I am not a fan of the saucer on the wrist look, but it is def cool.

It's definitely unique, and quite the blend of different styles....all kinda mashed together. In all honesty, it looks a bit "confused" to me.

In my opinion, it’s a mess. Yuck.

But I do wish they’d offer a Mako/Ray with a color-coded power reserve like that.

It does look as if Orient have tried to cram as much as possible into the dial. They made a cracking job of it though IMO.

Interesting. Don't like it, much, but appreciate the effort. I, particularly, don't think the orange works, and the exposed movement portion of the subdial area looks awkward. A couple things that I do like are the the chronograph styling without actually having the chrono function. Also, the color on the dial is limited enough to allow almost any color without being "too much".

It comes across like an 'Invicta'.

There's a lid for every kettle, mate, so of you like it, go for it. It's an odd duck to be sure, but that also makes it unique. Ask yourself how well you think it will age before buying, though.

I'm usually a fan of Orient's ascetics, but this one looks like it got mangled in a Star Trek transporter accident.
