I told the wife I would sell a watch out of current collection for incoming Rolex BLNR

So the stars finally aligned and my AD is getting a Rolex BLNR in for me next week. The wife wasn’t super thrilled, so in the moment I said I’d sell one of my current collection to off set it a bit.

I’ve spent the last week trying to decide who goes, and who stays. I just can’t decide! Maybe I should just keep them all and drag my feet until she forgets about it. :)

So what would you all do???

    1. Sell one of the following:
    GO Senator Chronograph XL
    IWC Portuguese 7-Day
    Omega Railmaster Chronograph
    Sell the GS Snowflake

    2. Sell multiple and rework the collection?

    3. Take the risk, keep quiet, and try to keep them all?

Sell the Omega. And/or maybe the IWC.

I'd say the Seiko as well.

I would wait a month and see how much you use the Rolex.

My guess is a lot, so you might sell them all.

I would keep the Rolex and GO, sell the rest.

Sell the Omega or GS. The BLNR will take the place of the "blue" in your collection.

Since you don't seem keen on selling, drag them feet.

Go by a Timex at wally world and say you've had it in the closet for years that you forgot about and you are going to donate it to Goodwill for a tax write off.
